FORAGE WITH MEGHAN

Meghan will lead you through the practice of writing to discover (or rediscover) how putting things on the page can open your mind, change your perspective, and open new pathways of creativity. We’ll utilize the art of morning pages, writing prompts, and exercises to discover what it is about writing that connects us to ourselves, our inner artist, and the world around us. Together, we’ll move through writing experiences that deepen our relationship with putting pen to paper and send you away with tools for a continued practice of finding your way to the page to feel free. Together, we’ll explore:

-Why should we write?

-The Artist’s Way: Rediscovering the art of Morning Pages

-Diving into a practice of writing: how to ignite your imagination and your memories through journaling

-How to use (and forage) writing prompts to discover your authentic narrative style and voice

-How to cultivate a daily writing practice

-Reading to write well and reading to spark creativity

-Ongoing tools to help your relationships with words deepen and unfold
